Description

Scope

This is a beginning level course intended to provide a solid foundation to students with little to no experience in Spanish.

Students will learn productive and receptive language skills through paired activities, presentations, project work and by interacting with films, stories, articles, local resources and authentic materials from the Spanish speaking world.

Consistent use of Spanish only during class time will help develop crucial listening comprehension and oral expression skills while further strengthening your proficiency in all of the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
