At Corpus Christi School, parent volunteers play an essential role in the life of our community. Many aspects of our school activities are supported by the time and talents of our families, helping to keep operating costs manageable while strengthening our sense of community. Each family is asked to contribute a minimum of 30 volunteer hours per year through various school or parish events—such as classroom help, yard duty, field trips, the Halloween Carnival, or our Grandparents’ Luncheon. Volunteer hours must be completed and submitted by the designated deadline in May, and all hours are tracked by the school bookkeeper. Because the safety of our students is a top priority, any parent volunteer who interacts with students must be fingerprinted through the Archdiocese and VIRTUS trained in compliance with the Safeguard the Children program. We deeply value the spirit of stewardship our parents bring—sharing their time, talents, and care to support the mission of Corpus Christi School.
