2024-2025 Corpus Christi School Admissions Process

Submit your Completed Application Packet
- 2024-2025 Application + Application Fee of $100.00 (Non-refundable)
- Parent / Guardian Questionnaire
- Academic/Character Reference from current Classroom Teacher (If applicable)
- Preschool Evaluation from current Preschool Teacher (If applicable)
- Principal / Director Recommendation from current Catholic/Private school (If applicable)
- Kindergarten Questionnaire (If applicable)
- Signed Release of School Records Authorization (If applicable)
Provide the documents listed below to the Corpus Christi School office. An application will not be considered without all applicable items.

  - Recent School Report Cards
  - Copies of Standardized Test Scores
  - Immunization Record
Parent Interview with the Principal
Acceptance Letters Mailed in April
